Data Privacy Policy

The Aquinas School Alumni Association (ASAA) recognize their responsibilities under Republic Act No. 10173 (Act) also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use or consolidate from the Alumni. The data obtained from this website is entered and stored with the ASAA’s authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by the school and the Executive Director of the ASAA. The ASAA have instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the alumni’s personal data.

Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the website shall only be used for the following purposes:

  1. Announcements / promotion of events, programs and other activities organized by the ASAA.
  2. Activities pertaining to establishing relations with alumni.

The ASAA shall not disclose the alumni’s personal information without their consent.
